Hollander, attorney author of "Saving the Family Cottage" converted the depot into law office serving the greater Grand Traverse region including Traverse City, and Leelanau County.

The year around coastal village of Suttons Bay is in the heart of the Leelanau Peninsula and serves the local "all year" residents in addition to the thousands of tourists and summer vacation cottage owners who make Leelanau County their "summer cottage home" every summer.
